Common Questions

• How do I create a G-Spot™? Open the Map tab, long-press any coastal location, and follow the prompts to deploy a new monitoring spot. • How does G-Probe™ work? G-Probe™ analyses real-time swell, tide, wind, and weather data using AI to generate a beach conditions briefing for your spot. • What is SSI / SEI? The Sand Stripping Index (SSI) measures active erosive energy. The Substrate Exposure Index (SEI) tracks cumulative sand removal. Together they predict when deep targets may be exposed. • How do I upgrade my tier? Go to Settings → Subscription to view available plans and upgrade.
